Reserved parking space inside the residence for the full duration of your stay, at no extra cost.
50 kWh per week of photovoltaic energy included. Any excess consumption is charged at the actual cost.
Wi-Fi connection throughout the residence. Water and VAT included in the weekly rate.
Full set of sheets and towels for every guest, provided on arrival and changed on request (€20/person per change).
