Booking is done directly by contacting us by email at info@dimoredimare.com, by phone at +39 338 843 6964 or by filling in the form on our website. To confirm the booking a 30% deposit is required, paid by bank transfer or credit card. The balance is paid on arrival by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
The security deposit is €100, paid on arrival and refunded in full on departure after checking the apartment.
Cancellations communicated more than 30 days before arrival are entitled to a full refund of the deposit. Within 30 days from arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. For special circumstances please contact us directly.

Stays & Check-in
Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00 am. If you need to arrive or leave at different times, please let us know when booking so we can accommodate your needs.
Yes, stays run from Saturday to Saturday. We do not offer split weeks or mid-week arrivals as a rule. For special requests contact us directly.
Simply come to reception between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Please let us know your approximate arrival time when booking to ensure the best welcome. You will need to pay the security deposit of €100 on arrival.
Services & Facilities
Yes, the beach is private. Included for each apartment: 1 umbrella + 1 deckchair + 1 sun lounger on the Blue Flag beach throughout your stay.
Yes, the shared pool is available to all guests free of charge. Maximum depth 1.40 m. No lifeguard on duty – use at your own responsibility.
Yes, a private parking space within the residence is included for the full stay at no extra charge.
Yes, the final cleaning fee is mandatory: €50 for all apartments, regardless of type. It is not optional and is added to the weekly rate.
50 kWh of solar energy per week are included in the rate. If consumption exceeds this, the extra is charged at the actual rate (approx. €0.40/kWh) and settled at check-out.
Kitchen & Equipment
Every kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and all cookware and crockery. No microwave oven.
Pets & Rules
Small pets may be accepted on request (extra fee of €50). Please let us know when booking.
Visitors must be reported to reception and may not stay more than one hour inside the residence. A fee of €10 per person applies for use of common areas (pool and showers). A maximum of 6 people are allowed in any apartment.
Yes. Quiet hours are from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm onwards. Noise and disturbances of any kind are not permitted during these hours.
The pool is open during daylight hours. A shower is mandatory before entering the water. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. No lifeguard on duty – children must always be supervised by an adult. Maximum depth 1.40 m.
