Voluntarily provided data — Name, surname, email address, phone number and any other information provided by filling in the contact form or by writing to us via email or WhatsApp.

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. Specifically: ddm_cookie_consent — stores the user's cookie consent choice. Duration: 365 days. Contains no personal data. No profiling, analytics or social media cookies are used.
Browsing data is deleted after 30 days. Contact data received without resulting in a booking is deleted within 12 months of the last communication. Accounting and tax documents are retained for 10 years as required by law.
FormSubmit.co — The contact form uses FormSubmit as an email forwarding intermediary. FormSubmit transmits data exclusively to the Controller's email address and does not retain it for its own purposes. See: formsubmit.co/privacy.
WhatsApp (Meta) — Users who choose to contact us via WhatsApp accept Meta's terms of service. See: whatsapp.com/legal.
Competent authorities — In cases required by law (e.g. communication to Public Security authorities for foreign guests).
