3. Purposes and Legal Basis

Booking and enquiry management — Data used exclusively to respond to requests and manage bookings. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Tax and contractual obligations — Guest data required for communications to local authorities and tourist tax management. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Technical operation of the website — Browsing data processed on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Cookie Policy

This website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. Specifically: ddm_cookie_consent — stores the user's cookie consent choice. Duration: 365 days. Contains no personal data. No profiling, analytics or social media cookies are used.

5. Data Retention

Browsing data is deleted after 30 days. Contact data received without resulting in a booking is deleted within 12 months of the last communication. Accounting and tax documents are retained for 10 years as required by law.

6. Data Sharing

FormSubmit.co — The contact form uses FormSubmit as an email forwarding intermediary. FormSubmit transmits data exclusively to the Controller's email address and does not retain it for its own purposes. See: formsubmit.co/privacy.

WhatsApp (Meta) — Users who choose to contact us via WhatsApp accept Meta's terms of service. See: whatsapp.com/legal.

Competent authorities — In cases required by law (e.g. communication to Public Security authorities for foreign guests).

Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

7. External Resources

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. This causes the user's browser to connect to Google servers, transmitting the IP address. Google Fonts is configured in a mode that does not use cookies. See: policies.google.com/privacy.
